What an affiliate link is
Some outbound links on this site are affiliate or referral links. If you click one and then buy or sign up, the provider may pay OrbitRoam a commission. This costs you nothing extra, and with many eSIM providers the referral link also gives you a discount you wouldn't get going direct.
Which kinds of programs we use
- eSIM providers — for the travel data plans we compare.
- Portable power brands — batteries and power stations for off-grid setups.
- Connectivity gear — mounts, cases and accessories.
- General marketplaces — occasionally, for accessories not sold elsewhere.
Note: Starlink has no publisher affiliate program — its referral scheme is customer-to-customer only. We never present a Starlink "affiliate" link or imply a relationship that doesn't exist.
How it affects our content — it doesn't
Ratings and recommendations are decided before monetization is considered. A product with no affiliate program is covered on exactly the same terms as one that pays.
